That missed tackle right there by Greene might be a reason we havnt seen him yet.
A year or two in the Gym and we might have a good player.

Just like the seniors - our defenders press to high in the hopes of creating a turn over but all we do is expose a empty goalsquare area where teams kick usually uncontested goals

Fletcher Roberts- Depth player, not the worst, this is his level.

Tim English- Dominated the ruck against flankers, was good kicked four points.

Nathan Mullenger-McHugh- Slow burn rookie, very green.

Fergus Greene- New born colt capable of some highlights, good finisher.

Shane Biggs- Long sleeves, want more domination at this level.

Callum Porter- Don't see it some of the VFL listed players much better.

Lewis Young- Long sleeves, quite angry, but not hungry.

Kieran Colons- At least we had some fun with your name, no.

1st Quarter- Scrappy, poor standard. (+9)

2nd Quarter- Sloppy, better intensity. (-7)

3rd Quarter- Sloppy, Out number back. (+ 20) 16 x Scoring shots each.

4th Quarter- Willy pulled x2 back from the stoppage, numerical advantage gone, game gone.
Opened it up. (-10)

Small forward line, most of the scoring to the grandstand end.

Bit disappointed with Lewis Young, looked like he didn’t fancy it today. Very hesitant I thought.

I fell asleep on the couch end of third qtr then read the results on here. Bloody hell. Not another club fade out. This is getting ridiculous

We lose by 10 pts. Very complacent effort in last quarter so an opportunity to push for top 8 wasted.
Don't know if complacent is the right word mate. They are struggling to finish off games which is hardly surprising considering the luck of personnel. The effort has been there, but it is hard to sustain it for the whole game when there is up to 13 AFL listed players injured. The top sides like Richmond, Casey, and Geelong are basically playing the same team every week which the dogs have been unable to do.

Best player for us was Hayes by the length of the straight. Prudden tried really hard and Monfries made useful contributions around the ground. Our listed players? Greene is smart and a good kick, Roberts punched the ball away from opponents several times, Young did some nice things but further development required, Collins is cumbersome and probably delistable, Biggs doesn't seem all that interested, M-M tried hard but has reached his level and probably not worth extending, English stood out in ruck and around the ground but despite his ruck dominance we couldn't take advantage when it counted (Willi didn't really have a ruckman either), Porter was largely unsighted.
Several of the 'top-up' players didn't have much impact but they at least provided a contest for 3 quarters.

English was brilliant, a great talent.
Nash needs to be looked at. Hard at it and talented.
Discipline cost you the game.
Get big Will Minson back, should never have let him go
