Footy Fanatic - Installing 2003 Lists

Can someone explain to me how to install the 2003 lists that Matt published.

I have downloaded them but I am unsure as to where to put them and the Readme that came in the zip file wasn't very clear.

I remember there seemed to be quite a few problems with them as well.
