Collingwood vs Geelong - 2011 GF in 10 minutes.

I've never watched it on TV before. I was at the game but never had the heart to watch it again.

Anyone else watching it today?

This should be an interesting thread in a couple of hours.

it stings no doubt, but i think i will watch it for Maxwells comments, see if he mentions anything that Flog Matthew Scarlett says. Quality Grand Final though, skill level was top notch.

If anything, those first 2 and a half quarters were pretty good viewing.

Why would you bother watching it. When Ling goaled I walked out. Was in the train five minutes later.

Additionally, channel 7 are really going all out, showing ****ing grand finals. Show round 13 1986 between someone and someone else. Then we're talking.

guy has it on at work in the background and is giving me snide looks.

YOU BARRACK FOR SAINT KILDA YA K*NT!!!:mad::mad:

I've never watched the replay ever, and probably never will.

Some of those images are burned into my mind though, Pods went down right in front of where I was sitting.

When, Pods went down. That was Almost game over because bloody MM did F**K all

I remember jolly being poor due to knee injury, but after seeing it again, WOW he was SORE! there is no way to remotely justify his selection.

The less said about selection, matchups and the game as a whole, the better!

Mick never picks injured players though

I'll never watch that reply ever. I was at my cousins place that day and it was looking so good that we were gonna celebrate back to back. But as soon as Pods went down and MM didn't make the move to put Tarrant on Hawkins I knew the day was gonna turn out bad. And of course it did.

Just watching the replay now, you're struck by the skill level of both sides. It's far ahead of any grand final in recent years. It's just a shame we ran out of gas in the last quarter. If not for that it would have gone down as one of the all time great grand finals.

We actually played some solid footy.

I've started to come to like Selwood, but in the first half an hour of this telecast, I'm starting to remember why I didn't like him. Ducks for frees, is always looking to the umpire for protection.

I'll probably stop watching now, it pains me too much to see Tom Hawkins (another guy who I don't like) take Ben Reid to town.
