You have been very helpful Zapp, thanks.

I do have emergencies to cover every position and while they are not guns they are good for at least 50. Smith Ellis in the backs, clarke hadley in the mids, darcy (yuk but i want cox this week) and tarrant in the forwards(yo-yo) it's a calculated risk and yeah i would like to crack 250.

I'm about 12k short of cox so i need to downgrade kerr to say someone like cross and then trade hudson. Decisions decisions, kornes is still very tempting!
Tough decision... can you get McIntosh or White with Kornes? Better net gain in points me thinks.

used 2 trades this week.

Kerr to Kornes, and jesse smith to barlow for some money. Next week hall to Gablett. With 1 trade spare for injuries.

Maybe not I'd assume. Probably will be right, but no need to risk him. Which is unfortunate for me. I'm going to have to trade Kerr and Fevola, and take the chance that Bartel and Selwood will play again.

What a disaster.

Bartels for del santos gives me 539800 (if i trade judd )

Yeah tell me about it, i have hadley and clarke to cover but bartel's 140+ scores are irreplaceable. For me i will have over 100k left in the bank when i get rid of him...wasted money.

Am i better of bolstering my squad someone else? i can do birchall to lockyer and have clarke or adley cover for bartel. Birchall does have sydney last round.

i just traded kerr for kornes

I'm actually now thinking to trade Bartel and Kerr out. I don't think Brown will do that well in the last two games anyway. Who will be the best two midfielders in the last two weeks? I have stacks of cash, I can afford any two.

im just looking through the averages now of all the midfielders and the stand out and the one that can get big scores for the last two games is west and swan.... i would go swan but he has the swans (lol) so me thinks i will go west, i will make 100k profit and can't use it, will leave me with 160k, bah i would be able to get cox....

just one more trade, hey lenny hayes = god, i traded selwood by accident in round 5 please give me that trade back....

mind you my mids are as follows: ***Bartel***, Corey, Kornes, Hayes, Lappin, Ball (hadley, m.clarke)

got to say ive had a dream run this year.

only injured players have been kerr, west, johnson, hall and franklin. None long term.

Last year i think nearly all my players were either injured or suspended at some stage.

nearly tempted to go bruce, but the possiblity he could be a late withdrawel is enough to scare me away
Imagine getting Bruce and Buckley and it paying off! Bruce has been out too long. Yes Melb's midfield is depleted and that's maybe a good thing, BUT chance of withdrawal and he should get more attention = low score?

Yep your right kudos to the bloke who uses his last two trades on bucks n bruce. I certainly didn't have the balls to do it. I think he got named on a half back flank? But yes out for too long, and well bucks, who knows, he only needs to get the cheap ball like he has his whole career.
