ooh I don't know, someone has found a way to stop him at least 65 times out of 77 since the arrival of the £7.5 million man. :D;):D

was a great goal. saw it this morning at 7am on sunrise. pretty suprised, as it could have only been scored about 10 minutes previous.

I want to believe, but I just can't.

Nonetheless, you can probably put DieGOAL down for the Golden Boot award now that the Doc has written him off:

From www.redissue.co.uk

He isn’t good enough

Tommy Doc in the MEN:

‘It’s make or break time for Diego Forlan.

’He may have scored against Leeds in the Carling Cup in
midweek and again yesterday, but for me he is not a
Premiership player.

’On the face of it, he should be scoring goals for fun. He
is fast, he is courageous and has two great feet, but he
just hasn't set Old Trafford alight.

’Maybe he needs a few more matches to gain a bit more
confidence, but when you spend £7.5m on a player - as United
did - you expect him to be close to the finished article.

'But a year and a half down the line, he still can't command
a regular first-team place.

’I think it's time Fergie either got rid of him, or gave him
a long run in the team so he can try and prove himself as a
Premiership striker. Coming on as a substitute or playing
the odd game here or there will not help him improve.

‘My main worry for United is if they lose Ruud van
Nistelrooy for any period of time. If he gets injured, then
the Reds can kiss good-bye to the championship and the
Champions League. With Solskjaer and Scholes out, United's
attacking options are not great.

’If I were Fergie, I would be wrapping him up in cotton
wool.’
