I hope they are very careful with him at the hospital and take a few hours to check his medical history a few times before providing any pain relief. Don't want him having an reactions to treatment, in fact probably better not to give him any pain relief.

It’s impossible to be assaulted if he was in an isolation unit, even on your hour run out. Surprised the Prison wouldn’t have done that and instead put him with other like minded offenders, who albeit don’t like this sort of s**t.

Unfortunately given our soft legal system they will probably get compensation for the assault paid by the taxpayers instead of the taxpayers being paid out of their estate for the cost of the bullet they should be getting.

Ashley Paul Griffith's child sex abuse charges may bypass lower court through ex officio indictment​

"What it means is that a person has been charged … they can elect, and it has to be by consent — that is that the prosecution and the defence have to agree — instead of going through the process of putting the matter before a magistrate [for committal], they can jump those entire proceedings and go straight to the district court.

"It obviously speeds up the system, it saves the court considerable time and money, and obviates the necessity of victims to give lengthy statements or indeed give any evidence at all." [Fantastic]

Mr Potts said it can also be advantageous for a defendant, by showing they are cooperating with the course of justice.

"So, [if convicted] the person will then argue that, by way of an ex officio indictment, that they are entitled to a discount … of sentences, because of the massive saving of time or money," he said. [good luck with that - maybe he'll get a reduction from 100 years to 80 years]
