Remembered it was Geelong by a point, then we went to Melbourne and absolutely choked the mother of all chokes. Up by 51 points at half time.
Atrocious fortnight, only loss by 1 point and 6 points but felt harrowing. Then the next week we choked again.

Former Fremantle wingman Ed Langdon is looking forward to having a familiar face at Melbourne, with Harley Bennell set to train with the Demons as he looks to revive his career.
Bennell moved to Melbourne last week with his family, having been delisted by the Dockers earlier this year after just two games in four seasons because of a series of injuries.

Langdon, who was traded to Melbourne last month after 63 games in five years at the Dockers, said he had spoken to Bennell and was excited for his “opportunity”.
“I think he’ll be here in a couple of weeks, so I look forward to training with him,” Langdon said.
“Hopefully he can get his body right, as we know how good a player he can be.”

Langdon said there was a number of reasons why he requested a trade to the Demons.
Mum and Dad live across the road, my brother is next door,” he said.
“Then the way the Demons played two years ago was unbelievable and just to hopefully be part of that is an exciting prospect.”
Yeah, how come we never knew about his "booming and accurate leg"?I thought Duffy looked terrific when he finally got a game with us. Never understood why he wasn't given more opportunities.
Did more exciting and creative things in 1 quarter than the likes of Mayne did in years.
well from memory he kicked a 50M pass from out near the boundary and hit someone in front of goal in that game he did play so it wasn't hard to spot.Yeah, how come we never knew about his "booming and accurate leg"?
Becuase a punt in the NFL is a good kick in the AFL. In the NFL it's all about how long it is in the air, in AFL you kick like that and you get called Danyle Pearce.Yeah, how come we never knew about his "booming and accurate leg"?
