I've only seen the highlights, but it looked like one of the races of the season.
Seems like a great track for passing, especially at the first corner, Ricciardo's after the re-start was brilliant.

Funnily enough his 1st forced pitstop plus the safety a few laps later worked out perfectly for him. Put the soft tyres on and straight off for supersofts. The SS warm up much quicker than the softs so Ricciardo had a lot of confidence outbraking the 2 Williams cars into T1. I think he would have overtaken both of them later anyway because the RBR had the quickest top speed down the straight anyway, but perhaps Bottas would have been closer to Dan at the end. Dans move made the race win comfortable and it was fun to watch
A lot of people on autosport forums were whinging the first 20 laps saying Baku should never have a race again, but that long long straight with the start/finish line towards the end makes for great entertainment. The number of times cars were going into T1 3-wide braking from 330km+ was insane. Great entertainment. Would take a Baku race over Monaco every time.

I can understand having an allegiance towards another country if you have strong ties (like a lot of Italians)
But Italy weren't even in the Confederations Cup, so there is seemingly no excuse for bagging out or taking joy in Australia losing. It screams of the hipster mentality of somebody hating on the national side just to be cool, edgy or different.

Best race since Canada 2011 for mine. Very happy for DR. Always seems to be there when there's a race up for grabs. Desperately unlucky for Perez that he got ocon'd though as I reckon he would have won this.
