I think we might have found another Priddis

Mature aged recruit who looks like he will develop into a star, he will be a regular next year. I was very impressed with his debut, Only 10 disposals but had limited game time and his pressure on the opposition was superb.

Yup i agree, pray that we give him more than one game and play play him for the rest of the year. Although I did see him look absolutely stuffed are a few bits of play, think he realises how much quicker AFL is compared to WAFL.

I would have liked him to back his own judgment more rather than handball to a more experienced player or retreating backwards. But that will come in time.

But I did like how harvey had the guts to start him in the middle at one or two of the bounces. They must really consider him a player of the future.

Warnock - Goal on debut
Collard - Goal on debut
Ibbotson - Goal on debut
Foster - Cost me $50...

Once he gets over his nerves and backs himself he'll be fine. Was good to see he is willing to put in the work off the ball ie leading, chasing and shepherding to make it easier for his team-mates. To many players these days are willing to run 25m in order to get an easy handball, but wont run 2m to shepherd.

I feel vindicated that he didn't make a lot of difference. He was Ok today and what he did he did well. I think he needs another 5Kg to be a bit more effective.

P.S. I must say feeling vindicated is not as good as feeling drunk or horny but better than hungry. Frankly, I can't see why it is so important.

Has Harvs got the cajones to play him against the Saints?

With Headland and Dodd to come in, and Webster, Dunn, and a few others playing good footy, will Fozzie get another game this week?

I hoping he does get another game against the Saints, dont feel its worth playing a kid for only one game.

IN: Dessie (If fit), Dodd (If fit)

OUT: Macca and Murphy

Macca as in McManus, or McPharlin? Luke busted his nose - would he have a week off for that?

And Murph never got fed! They were kicking to guys in the pocket rather than Murph in the middle at times, which is CRAP!

He needs to straighten his hair and run around in cirles, a la Clive. That would get him more posessions.

McManus, he has been getting worse and worse as the weeks go on. Murphy hasnt fired a shot at all this year and doesnt deserve a shot in the team. His kicking which is his best attribute has gone to hell as well.

Noo room for sentiment. Headland and Dodd are certainties if fit. And while it would be good to give Foster another run, it is more important to select the best team. If he is in it fine, but I think Murphy and Foster back to WAFL.

Edited for complete accuracy :)

Matt Carr will likely play as well so it might be-

IN: Headland, Dodd, M Carr
OUT: McManus, Murphy, Foster

Having said that, most of us have thought Macca should have been dropped weeks ago... but he hasn't... so he probably won't be dropped this week either.

If Matt Carr come back then Foster will go out for sure. Not sure Matty will make it back after only one week off and a trip to the telstra dome.

You guys are freakin mad - the guy's got a DOUBLE HERNIA as reported a week or so ago. OPERATE ON HIM! He seems to be below his best, and is needing pain killing injections before and during games. There's enough boys (Webster, Dunn, and a couple of others that... I don't know) that can come into the team to replace a half fit senior player. Freo has had a history of playing half fit players whose injuries get worse.

Operate.
