Jacko wasn't that bad in the first half until the second half when he almost resorted to barracking. Gossage can be a grating commentator but I thought he didn't favour anyone.

Had to laugh at Jacko when he kept crapping on about the water logged ball and Goss said don't they keep replacing them?

the tighter the game got the more obvious his bias became

How was it after half time and Jako said it's because the ball was heavy that the kick was low and wrong. Gossage said it was only 5 minutes in to the 3rd quarter so it was a new ball.

Funniest thing was that the commentary got EVEN worse when Tony Shaw arrived (if that was possible). Can't wait to see the comical Slimes and The Worst headlines tomorrow and Monday!

There is a new player in the biased commentary stakes. 107.9FM gave summary from Bassendean Oval (go the Ducks) and told us that Kerr had 33 touches and McKinley kicked 3 goals - by the way, Fremantle won by 14 points and Pavlich awarded Glendinning Medal.

He got so excited he forgot what he's supposed to be there for.

Still, it was worth it to hear the disappointment in his voice everytime Freo kicked a goal. And especially once it became clear we were going to win.

i listened to it live on ABC and then caught the tv replay later on.. great result.

Radio highlights for me were Ken Judge stating that all this game showed was how much daylight there is between "the WA teams" and the rest of the comp... - go and play on the freeway please Ken.

Also.. when sandi snapped the goal to seal it, no-one in the box said anything for at least 30 seconds.. leaving us in radio land clueless as to what was happening! they were all so disappointed to loose the game they went quiet. unbelievable.

Foxtel not much better.. best Slappo call (when Dessy slots our first goal from a slime turnover) - "Costly turnovers cost you"
