Foxtel?

Hi guys not sure if I'm posting in the right place but wondering if anyone could help me out here. I'm getting foxtel installed in my room on Monday coming and just wondering do you need a phone line to get it installed or can u still get it without a phone line in the room. Thank you for your help

No it's a cable line, they will put one in if you don't have one.

When I got mine they wanted to hook it up to my phone line. I said something to the effect of "over my dead body". As if I want to pay 55c to vote Yes/No on a Sky News question. And I also had no intention of watching any movies on demand. Anyway, a year or two after, I cancelled my home phone.

Nope. You just need them to install tv slots into your wall.

Just go for the standard installation dUkezz

Yeah just getting it mainly for sports. $49 a month for the first 6 months. It's going to be in my room and there is no phone line so I'll have no choice about installation
