If you still want to aim for the best rank possible then back your gut, keep it simple and things will turn. Chasing rank almost always backfires.
We’re only halfway through the season with blanks and doubles to come. There will be opportunity for big swings. A top 100k finish is still on the cards.

I believe in Anti-FPL you have to spend a minimum of a certain amount, and any players who don’t play get arbitrarily awarded a lot of points.

Yep - I WC this week and effectively used it as a FH, swerving the Arsenal / Villa game entirely but knowing I’d have them in place next week.

The strategy obviously failed spectacularly but at least it was the plan rather than losing 20 points on a last minute decision. That’s what I’m using for comfort

36 points on FH for a red arrow. Not quite as bad as the 17 point FH I had few seasons ago but at least that was in a blank with no good players to choose from.

OR of 189k at the turnaround point. out of both cups.

Once again my chip use was terrible. It costs me every season…and this season I have to do it twice.

FH - disaster

The good news is that the deadline is tomorrow so I don’t get stew on this weeks **** up for long.
No idea what I’m doing with transfers but I want to roll if possible.

Watkins if you can afford it but Bowen is also good.
I’d hold James but Tarkowski is a solid replacement.
No one is a must. A couple of players come close…Rogers isn’t one of them. He’s another solid pick if you need a midfielder.
Why do you have to do anything with Foden? Have I missed something? Aside from blanking the last 3 weeks he’s fine. His minutes and stats are both good…the returns will come (hopefully). Even Haaland has blanked the last 2. If it happens again would you sell?

I can afford Bowen or Watkins.

Chelsea are a bit err, hence the hesitancy. Not the easiest run coming up either.

A lot seems to be going through Cherki now who seems very in form, compared to as you said, Foden's blanks. Your points are valid though.
