Francou, Kingsley out

Josh Francou was last night suspended for 2 weeks. Adam Kingsley will miss at least this week due to an AC joint injury while young ruckmen Cain Ackland is 50/50 to play.

If we can get good momentum out of the engine room we will be hard to stop. Our hardness on the ball is vital and carlton were able to do it last week. Norths record speaks for it self against port 6-0 which is due to norths hardness and ports weakness . Go roos.

Going into the Port vs Carlton game on Sunday, I was hoping there would be an all-in barney, with a few players getting rubbed out. Good thing, then, that Josh Francou took it upon himself to clock Camporeale early on - straight away I saw it and said "two weeks and no more Brownlow for you".

I hope we give Port an absolute hiding this week.

Our record against them in home and away is perfect.

The only blemish being the Ansett Cup Semi this year.

Another factor in our favour is that the game is in Canberra where we are invincible.........
