Read an Article in the HUN today (can't seem to find it online), that the Dolphins and us are looking at alignment.

But we wouldn't be giving up Sandringham, it would be dual alignment similar to North with Ballarat and Werribee.

Looking at North, I'm not too convinced, but it does increase the likelihood of all blokes playing senior VFL footy?

What are peoples thoughts towards this?

Well, THAT will help our players be set in the same position and structures that they'll play in the AFL... Please, let it not be so.

FRANKSTON is in the market for a partial AFL alignment, with St Kilda emerging as a possible short-term suitor despite its current arrangement with Sandringham.

The Dolphins, who are desperate for some AFL talent to help lift them from the bottom of the VFL ladder, canvassed the possibility of joining forces with the Saints back in 2008 before St Kilda ditched Casey to join forces with Sandy for five years.

Dolphins president John Barry said he would welcome talks with the Saints and any other interested AFL clubs regarding a partial alignment, which the Dolphins prefer over a full alignment.

"When they [St Kilda] left Casey, that building [training facility]) was going to be built at Frankston Park," Barry said.

Goes on for a bit, Mostly about Frankston looking at partial Alignment, and St. kilda looking like the club to do it.
