The Frankston Rover Award is decided by and presented by the current Sweet F.A Administrator. It is awarded to give recognition to those who go above and beyond in their contributions to the league each season. It is named after Sweet F.A Hall of Famer and former Administrator Frankston Rover.
This awarded was not presented Seasons 01 - 09 as well as Season 10. Season 09 saw this awarded given out on the basis of both off and on-field contributions to the league.
