Has shown massive improvement through this year, we have got the makings of a real quality backline for a long time. Rivers, Warnock, Martin to take talls, Frawley and Garland for all sorts, and possibly guys like Bennell, bartram, Bell, Cheney for smalls.

Will definitely still be around in 3-4 years, players are not drafted on name these days recruiting is almost an exact science. There are hundreds of players who seem to be better players than others that dont get drafted. i.e Ricky delphine from gippy power was in there when dale thomas was there, averaged over 30 possies then thomas ripped it in the grand final and went no.2 delphine was undrafted and obviously they made the right choice thats just one example there are hundreds of others

Round 2 - Collingwood - Medhurst - Beat him
Round 3 - Port - Motlop - Restricted one of the best forwards in the AFL
Round 4 - Richmond - Nathan Brown - Smashed him
Round 5 - Adelaide - Porps - Smashed him
Round 6 - Geelong - SJ/Other opponents - Beat his man most of the time, and gave great run, how good was it when he chopped in front of a forward to take a mark. Garland and Frawley have the pace to do this, and so does Martin.

Not a lot of pace there. Most sides have 2 small forwards these days, dont think frawly or garland could cover a small quick forward.

Correct me if i am wrong but aren't both Garland and Frawley really good runners over 200-400 m and possibly represented higher honours for athletics persumably through school.

dont get too excited about frawley, In his home town of ballarat everyone says he got picked for his name, there was a good 5-6 players at north better than him that didnt even get looked at. He is a hack and always will be. Also i no im going to get blasted but revise this post in about 2 seasons away when he is forgotten

You don;t get drafted at 12 for your name, maybe your name would help you get picked up from pick 40 onwards if push come to shove with another unkown player.
