I mean the commentary was so bad I didn't even know any of them were injured anyway (except for briefly seeing a shot of Pearce on the bench with an icepack).

When Walker just suddenly appeared on the field I thought I was going crazy because the commentators never once mentioned an injury to our players.

Thought the exact same. "Oh look, there's Walker". Knowing instantly someone had been subbed off, they didn't even announce it. We had the shittest of days on Sat, from the conditions to the callers to the game, it was just total garbology

That's pretty good news, swapping three players from our dysfunctional forward line is a massive boost, and a timeline on Fyfe next week is getting me all excited already!

With the shitty weather forecast I'd put a line through Pearce, we don't need to risk him on what is going to be a very heavy track that favours smalls anyway.

Based on this let's hope we get Switta, Tabs, Walters coming in with Walker staying in. Banfield, Tucker, Pearce, and one more coming out.

Or he could be back sooner. It is clearly an injury that can vary and the first step is to rest it and see how it responds.

Cant categorically call it a stress # yet, but "hot spots" on bone scans are often signs of one
It could be just a bone stress injury, but no doubt he will have MRI or already had one....

Good call but really unfortunate for our Noddy after a cracking start to the season. 6 - 10 weeks out for a young player after a tough run last year hurts his development.

What Injuries did he have last year? Hoping this one isn’t related to previous issues….

Bell said he is currently in the moonboot to take pressure off the foot but will be running shortly. Bell is always transparent and honest with Freo's injury list so I am not too concerned.
