I rather just list positives for now:

Fyfe asserting his "best player in the league" title once again. If he wasn't at his best, we would've lost.

Sutcliffe actually played pretty well today. Had to, otherwise he would've been dropped. Started off bad, but 2nd quarter onwards he was solid.

The whole backline minus maybe Sheridan were all solid.

Sandilands broke his own record. 71 hitouts. Too bad not many of them were too advantage.

Hannath was a good backup ruckman today. I think he should keep his place over Clarke for now.

Awful performance, no doubt. Came far too close to what would have been one of our most embarrassing losses as a football club.

With that said, we are 10-1 going into our bye sitting top of the ladder at least one game clear of second, maybe two if North get up.

We have looked a shadow of ourselves from the start of the year over the past three weeks, but there's a bit of time off to review and refresh. Got a couple of home games in a row after the bye so the players won’t have to travel for a month pretty much, and in theory we should be pretty primed for a good run home.

Again, absolutely s**t performance, but let's keep it in perspective and see how we come out after the bye.

Well it would have been a disaster to drop that so you have to be happy with the win but seriously, there is nothing about Freo that looks even remotely like a side that is going to trouble anyone come finals time.
Fyfe is almost single handedly carrying us on his back.
So many players down on form, mainly Balla, Hill and Pav. Of those Pav is playing well and giving effort but when he's just a few % off and missing shots it takes us down to the pack pretty quick. Hill is still scrapping away but not having his normal influence while Ballantyne is just terrible.
Hope they can tune a few things during the break.

Sutcliffe was very good after some errors in the first. Fyfe was brilliant as usual. McPharlin was so reliable and steady down back. As was Ibbotson.

Hill and Ballantyne both poor. Pav has struggled three weeks in a row, and I think opposition coaches have decided to not bother with Taberner which is a worry.

Mzungu did nothing to keep his spot.

Hard to say really, hard three slippery slog games in a row.
IT's just obvious who we kick to 9 times out of 10 up forward so it's predictable- has been for a few years.
Just need to sort out who's in the forward line and work around it. Croizer, Mayne, Walters and Ballas are too many.

Fyfe was awesome today. He was held off the ball all day. Grabbed without it everytime he went close to the ball. Thrown to the ground off the ball and still broke free.

Commentary was abysmal. They tried to argue the last free kick for the goal wasn't there. Lost respect for Hudson. Every contest he wanted a free for the Suns.

The amount our players were held at the clearances was unbelievable. And it was just let go.

Image what would happened if we rested players.
