Surely we've seen enough these first eight rounds to offer Tucker at least three-four years, he's tracking very nicely and if Giro and Crowden are here until the end of 2021 I'd give Tucker double that

Agree - he has shown that he can at least play consistently, we want him to take the next step but he is adding value this year.

Just thinking about where we are at, and the potential for other clubs to come a poaching. Maybe we need to consider some longer term deals for key players. 4 year deals to the likes of Blakely and Langdon for example.

I'm sure the club would love to sign them both to 4-5 year deals.

Where is tom north at on your midfield pecking order .is he unlucky not to have gotten a game this year or he is one that Ross sees as expendable. Vic lad who is out of contract at years end

He was close to debut, but got injured at the wrong time.

He’s close to a call up again. He should debut this year.

I disagree with TheLastCall, I reckon he is not favoured by our coaching staff and a good chance of being traded or delisted without playing a game. Would be very gettable.

Glad that Logue and McCarthy have signed on. Gives Cam the insentive to play his heart out if he wants to stay on the team for years to come by giving him a 1 year contract.

I don't rate Langdon, good trade bait.

BHill is as good as gone, following his GF back to Melbourne.

Spoke to someone a few weeks back who is close mates with Tim Kelly's grandfather (relationship is fact checked). He reckons it is a done deal at WC. Not sure how they find room in their cap for a likely Brownlow winner, unless they offload Gaff.

Which leads me to my next point... if Kelly ain't a goer, throw everything at Coniglio.

Anyone else concerned that Tucker hasn’t re signed yet? Very disturbing as would be top 10 player this year for me and most improved. Only 22 under 22 nominee also

As tough as it is to lose both BHill and Langdon at the same time, at least Ed has seen out his contract, which seems to be the outlier these days, rather than the norm.

Confirmed

Fremantle list changes to date (in order of games played)
Primary list

Aaron Sandilands (retired)
Hayden Ballantyne (retired)
Shane Kersten (delisted)
Scott Jones (delisted)
Harley Bennell (delisted)

Rookie list
Ryan Nyhuis (delisted)

More than likely on there way out
Ed Langdon - to Melbourne
Brad Hill

Like to sign
Darcy Tucker
Lloyd Meek - maybe as a rooki

Question Marks
Ethan Hughes
Tom North

So that is 8 confirmed outs, including 1 rookie. I expect North to go, and Hughes to stay but I could be wrong.

Hughes is contracted to 2021.
