The first step would be making a lot of media noise that the ruckman for the 22 under 22 is the only one in the team that hasn't had a nomination.

He has four years in the job too

Hit outs are a vastly overrated stat. How many were to advantage? How do his numbers on disposals, contested marks, goals scored compare the the others on that list?

He seems to have better first year stats then nearly everybody (except perhaps goals, but he played full time main ruck in losing sides mostly). Sandi, Cox, Madden, NicNat, Kreuzer, Mumford, Goldstein, Gawn, quite a few decent names. And a lot of those were older as well...

Brodie Grundy had good first year stats as a 19 year old in 2013. Not as many hit outs as Sean but maybe better around the ground stats. He, of course, got a rising star nom in his 5th game for his body of work.
