Mate very harsh critiscim in the not up to AFL standard list, Dodd,Murphy,Mundy,Crowley have all shown something to date.
They need to be left on the ground for a Majority of the game not 30 mins a game. Other than that your list's are pretty close to spot on.

Get a descent coach, who knows how to mould a winning football team, then watch this sqad.
Coaching leadership is totally lacking, and my view now more than ever is that CC is carp as a football coach.

None of those player would have played in a brisbane premiership side.
They have youth on there side, and will need to improve if they are to make it at afl level

Slow down.

A lot of you need to regain perspective.

Yes, we lost. Yes, it was disgraceful. And yes, heads should roll. But don't go around saying 'Freo is dead to me' when it is not Freo out there. It was 15 or so heartless players, coached by someone who couldn't stratgize his way out of a wet paperbag.

There are a lot of players that let us down, but some of those you mentioned BB are wrong.

Murphy hardly got any time on field, yet he kicked Three goals.

Crowley played his heart out.

It's players like Pav, Carr, Polak, Thornton, Longmuir, Schofield, Haselby, and Black who let us down.

There is one question that was answered today, and that is CC has to go.

But never say Freo is dead.

murphy has shown very little this year, even at wafl level.

Why not get a Sheedy and get flogged by 88 points.
Or a Pagan and put up with a 30% win ratio over 3 years.

Maybe our list is stretched to breaking point through injury.

So what you are effectively saying is that Essendon and Carlton have an equal, if not better list then ours, yet these coaches fail?

Have we got a Hird or Lloyd?
Or 2 hardnuts in and under like the Johnsons?

Have we got a Kouta or Fevola?
Pagan has had one year less than CC to build a list and has achieved nowhere near what CC has.

Anyone who has a 50% win ratio (same as Mathouse at Collingwood) must have a bit of an idea how to coach.

Soft option to target the coach at this stage especially after he has engineered so many away wins against the odds.

You watch, we will beat Sydney next week.

They had a number of players under injury clouds see Micheal Voss and Power.

I don't think we can use injuries as a excuss.
All clubs have injuries we aren't much worse off than the average club.

No we don't have Hird or Lloyd, we have Pav and McPharlin. The only difference is, Hird and Lloyd have been injured more this year then our two.

We have two possible hardnuts in Siegert and Webster.

Why is it then, that we have only made one final in three years, while Collingwood have made two grand finals.

It's no soft option to target the coach Ripper when this team demands consistency. Who cares if we win next week, what about the following week when we play at home. Would we accept that failure? This is a mentality we have to shake.

Siegert with 36 games (and he is a fringe player) and Webster with a whole 15 games.

Because we are not good enough yet.

So Leigh Matthews is allowed to lose the last 4 home games but CC is in trouble for losing 2?

We were always in trouble tonight with Brisbane putting their best team for the year on the park and really being up against it like we were last week and will be again next week.

The mid year break cannot come quick enough and then we should get some players back/fit and reload for the run home.
I would rather win away games than home games.

Hence the word 'possible'.

So we twiddle our thumbs till we are? Didn't CC say back in 2002 that by 2005 we'd make a final. I think that is a poor excuse.

Leigh Matthews has also won four premierships.

That was far from theire best team.

I agree. It will give CC the time for assessment and evaluation.

Ripper are you connoly's missus?

Connolly can't coach when the dockers are the hunted! Yes very good when backs to the wall and in all probability will come out and play a blinder against the Swans in Sydenny. But thye have to face up the the Kangas at subi the follwing week which will be a danger game!!

Copeland and Pike would disagree with that statement vehemently. Ryswyk, McLaren and Corrie would most definately not find their way into our strongest team at the moment, with the fitness of Brennan being the reason Merrett gets games too.

Well Liegh said before the game that it was the best team that they had been able to field for the year, especially down the spine. It was onlt the second game that Bradshaw . Brown , Lepper , Keating and Micheal had played in the same team.

They still had 12 multi-premiership players including the bulk of the midfield.

Don't argue with me about it, go and take it up with Liegh Matthews.

Its all mind games. I severely doubt that any Lions supporter would claim that with Pike and Copeland sitting on the sideline with Darryl White, that that team was our best for the year.

If the were fit and in form for sure, but my mail is that they were dropped because of poor form.

Pikey is flat yes, but Copeland was seemingly dropped for not being able to perform his job within 10 minutes, which is a fairly hard ask. With his mongrel and long-kicking it was fairly dangerous to leave him out of a Freo game at Subi.
