Well, had Nadal been there instead of Davydenko on court today, Federer would have lost clearly in straight sets 6-2, 6-2, 6-2 or something similar. Federer was not convincing.

So I do agree with you, but I think we'll see a good match. I can see Federer nabbing a set simply because of the occasion, just like last year.

I backed Nadal just after Federer beat him in that claycourt final - I figured at 1.80, those would be the best odds I'd get on Nadal for awhile.

Tonight though I think the Fed is not without a chance. Nadal will probably win, but instead of letting the bet ride I'm laying it off at 1.49. So I'll get $205 if Nadal wins, and $208 if Roger wins.

Will be the underdog there but theres no reason he cant.Last year he was serving for a 2 set to 1 lead when he choked.

TP was referring to my terrible punting week, I lost 3 out of my 4 bets, luckily Nadal's win makes up for that somewhat.

But tipping wise, I did even worse. Tipped Essendon, Hawthorn, Brisbane, Port, Adelaide, St Kilda and Fremantle - got 2 right. Tipped the Dees for tomorrow but am gonna change it to the Pies. I'm on 50 for the year so not going too well.

Sometimes, but mostly head to head and at the line are my main bets. Done OK over the past 2 years and was ahead for the season, until this week of course
