If you mean on the AFL app, then they're all pretty annoying IMO -- personally I go with the ABC feed as there's usually a bit less OTT hyperbole, and a bit more useful commentary.

I don't know whether to be excited or terrified.

I am however reminded of something astronaut Chris Hadfield once said. I'm paraphrasing but it went something like:
