Mynott and perhaps Draper are the only youth that I think are hard done by.I think we do that, but then we drop them if they have a quiet game.
The reality is you have to have a bit of patience and put some faith in them sometimes. We don’t do that
Ridley in all honesty did get a lot of opportunity. Sure he was dropped a couple of times, but he'll be back because his form warrants it.
Mynott and Draper should have received an opportunity, but both probably only really deserved a chance in the last couple of weeks. I can see why they wouldn't risk playing them against Collingwood and Geelong though. Draper would probably have played this week if not for the injury.
Can't think of any other young player ready for senior football that was overlooked. Players like Langford, Francis and Parish need to earn selection and grab their chance. That's AFL football.
