That would be me.

I have to manage my finances cause i signed up a couple of months back but started seriously playing 3-4 days ago. So i had like 300k in cash :p

Anyways my game name is nakuuo so feel free to drop me a mail :p

How did we all go in the one dayer yesterday?

I had a very easy opponent, seems I will be going very well in this division I am in.

Lost the toss and batted, made 6-366 from the 50 overs. Arnott (81 off 71) and Murugesan (89 off 63) impressed as new recruits.

My bowling was a training drill, rolling them for 25 in 10.1 overs. Highest score for the opposition was 8. Impressive figures from new recruit Morgan (5 overs, 3-18) and Dixon chimed in for the last wicket on his first ball. Bowler of the day though was new recruit McNamee, who took 6-7 from 5, with 3 maidens.

My match ratings has gone from 54,496 15 days ago in a one dayer, to 78,061 in the last match, so quite pleased. What are match ratings based on though?

had another good day with the bat. 331 run opening partnership and a final score of 2-382. waldron followed his 108 in the T20 with 188*. in fact, he's yet to be dismissed in OD's, and has scored about 350 runs. maddern made 163.

bowling wasn't quite as wonderful but we bowled them out for 128. casperson took 4-32, kenny 2-8 and oliver 2-18. I had them set to defensive, so perhaps that's why they didn't take wickets very quickly. anyway, I still need one more fast/medium bowler of quality, and then I'll have a pretty decent team.

there's an explanation of the match ratings in the game rules. read this:
http://www.********************/rules.htm?rulespage=matchratings

my match ratings are up to 73,000, so I'm about on par with alfy...

Fatigue, form etc. Looking forward to seeing people get knocked out by temas ranked 900 but getting 110K ratings.

As for my match. Had them 8/91. They got 206. I was 4/185 and bowled out for 190 :(

Think you got a player I had my eyes on today alfy. Was only gonna be a back-up player so I couldn't be bothered to get into a bidding war with you.

alfy's been picking off a few players that I had my eye on, too.

curse you, aflyyyy!! :thumbsd::mad:

My top order was quite fatigues but they did the job - dismissing opposition for 212 chasing it down losing 2 wickets - openers made 85 and 60 - number 3 34 off 17 balls and number 4 batted 28 off 22. So pretty easy 8 wicket win

im in league 6 lol - trying to find some decent covers capable/capable batsmen for cheapish to cover my top order

Got my first hattrick today in FTP, in a friendly.

A hattrick for Phiri!

33.3 W Phiri to Jirongo : [catch] Short of length ball on the middle and off stump and nipping away. Jirongo moves back and pushes at it away from his body. The ball takes the edge and flies to Kemp at second slip.
G. Jirongo c T. Kemp b. J. Phiri 0 (1b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00

33.2 W Phiri to Morris : [catch] Phiri gets his man this time. A sharp bouncer, angling away from Morris, who tries to fetch it from there. A weak pull shot and it just lobs up for Phiri to come under it. He was on his way back to the pavilion as soon as he hit it.
O. Morris c & b. J. Phiri 0 (1b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00

33.1 W Phiri to Wallace : Ooh that's plumb. Plumber than Mr Plum the plumber eating a plum pudding. Umpire has no hesitation.
C. Wallace lbw b. J. Phiri 129 (110b 12x4 2x6) SR:117.27
