Hey guys,

Chasing some ideas for fundraising in regards to County Footy clubs... Obviously hard with the 100 person limit capacity.
Looking for some creative ideas!

Sell toilet rolls, pasta, rice, and bread and other staples at a decent margin - not a rip off margin, but a decent one and you should get some decent sales.

Fresh meat is also in big demand so a sheep or cow or pig carcass or portions would sell well.

If there is a mad panic for X let it be known you can buy plenty of X at the the footy club.

I reckon this is a cracking idea. Most footy clubs in the country would have livestock producers involved. Provided you're in a region that has had decent rainfall and an optimistic outlook, a footy club could probably get an animal donated.

I was in supermarkets in two very separated parts of Melbourne yesterday, and there was not a sausage between the two. Could even get punters from the Big Smoke buying the donated meat.

Most clubs have a G&S auction. Maybe try having one online?
Unfortunately prices won’t be as high as they would be usually with a crowd full of grog but it would still work imo.
