Sorry if there is a past thread on this. Just curious who you guys think can be an All Australian in future. I am thinking 23 and under

My picks

Elliott - I have him ahead of Wingard in 2014 for a small forward position
Witts - Cant wait until we see him at 25
Langdon - Alright a bit early but the potential seems to be there

Smokey - The Seed

Plenty of good players never make All Australian so honourable mention for the potential of Grundy

Like to hear from the diehard track watchers scouting the VFL

I would not call Seedsman a Smokey he be a Strong Chance to be AA.

Grundy is ahead of Witts for me as the AA Ruckman. I don’t have Witts as a AA Ruckman

Adams could be one if his Kicking get’s Tided up.

Scharanberg,Freeman and Moore are some of the Younger ones that could be AA

Marley Williams a big possibility down the track. He just keeps getting better and better (and is only 20).

Sidebottom is still only 23. Plenty of competition in his position(s) of course, but some chance if he could play consistently at his best.

Steele needs to tidy up his Kicking 1st

I think Sidebottom will be one of those good players, never top 22 In any given year

It's starting to look unlikely but when he on, he's everywhere, and can break a game apart.
If he brings that consistently he could go as far as winning a Brownlow. There are plenty examples of champion players who showed promise early but didn't really come of age till they hit 25ish, that includes swan and Ablett so it's not over for Sidebottom yet.

I don't expect to see it happen either. He shows glimpses of just how good he can be (like on Friday night when probably getting more of a run with Swan and Ball missing). I'm just hoping that he has a breakout season soon enough where he puts it all together more often. At 23, he has time on his side.

I went for Witts because the real big men take plenty of time. Nobody wanted Jols at 21 and Sandy looked a hack at the same age
The lighter bodies always look good early - Ryder, Nicholls, Josh Fraser, Jeff White. Later in their career they struggle against the giants

Not that Grundy is small, just not as big as Witts

Well then I could say Mason Cox if he can put it together he had a Chance of being a AA

Shutdown players like Williams tend to get overlooked for AA selection for more attacking players.

Probably Elliot and Scharenberg are the two.

Can't see Langdon ever getting to that level

Well I did not Realise that Langdon was this good straight away.

Well Matthew Loyd as him in the AA Team this season

Why not? He's a 19 year old in his first year and already playing better football than some of our most experienced players. He's just starting he's got enormous potential.

Seedsman(this guy in particular has the ability to be the best outside player in the league), Elliott, Williams, Grundy, Sidebottom and Frost i feel will be AA players one day.
Keeffe(dont let the Adelaide game fool you, this guy at his best is great), Thomas, Langdon are another few that could. We have plenty of talent like Scharenberg and Broomhead that you could say will be AA judging by there draft selection but ill wait till i see it at senior level.

Langdon,Marley,Elliot,Grundy,Witts the Seed hopefully the kids that are yet to debut will prove themselves worthy
