I may have missed an update but from what Towmey was saying it looks like you’ll have to match with only your next 2 picks. I don’t think they was confirmed but he’s usually on the money.
The clubs have been told zero discount and only two picks to match. I both hate it (because bias) but don't mind it, because it still leaves later guys relatively easy to match and IMO that's where the meat and potatoes of the academies should be - those 5-20 players that won't get poached.
