Fyfe will not play for Freo forever, he will eventually move to Melbourne. It's just a matter of when and he seems adamant that it will be after we have won a premiership. So, I expect a two year extension to 2019 and then he's off to Melbourne.

I don't believe it. When he received the Brownlow he said that he would quote "I'd live and die for the Dockers and want to do anything I can to help them." He just wanted to light a cracker under the management's bum because he was that desperate for the club to have the ultimate success. I think that the club has responded in kind with the best trade week in club memory. He ain't going anywhere. He will give his best years to the Purple Haze.

I thought from the tiltle, this was a cruel bait thread for people from other teams to come in and make up fantacy deals about how they get fyfe and you know, keep it in one spot, so the lols are more easy to access.

Monster contract to Hawks imo. Mitchell, Lewis this year and now Gibson, hodge, Burgoyne gone next year plenty of cap space. Strong fit with Mitchell, O'meara. Buddy type deal that Freo just can't match.

I heard he's not going to sign a contract until the end of the season. He's going to hold a media conference and invite all clubs to attend and bid live on stage. He's calling it "(Free) Agent 007: Goldenfyfie"

Nahhhhh... Look at Hawthorn's list without S. Mitchell, Lewis, Burgoyne, Hodge and Gibson. Could also add Roughead. Then look at our list (we still have our first rounder this year and next) and compare where each team will be in 2018. I think ours has a lot more talent and if we can make Perth Stadium a fortress, that's 9 wins a year and puts us in a strong position for finals, especially home finals. Teams hate travelling to Perth.
