The Etihad surface is stupid & slippery. That's why every week, especially with the roof closed all the time now, you see so many fumbles of the ball. Because the ball gets slippery.

Fyfe obviously slipped - it'd be hard to purposefully fall like that. But most he should get if anything is a fine. #thuglife

lol...maybe natural reaction and reflex of the opposite leg but its to stop his opponent, you don't naturally flick your leg out like when you go to ground in that way...but as i posted on main board not much in it, i've done it, plenty others have and your only aim is to stop your opponent from getting away.... not one bit of malice in it, and anyway its low impact to the body so will be a fine surely ...and rightly so, should not be ineligible for a brownlow b/c of that.

Agree, I'm not concerned in the slightest here. If Fyfe misses next week then the game is in strife

Here are the trips so far... all fines.

Take a look at Jarryd Roughead's from last year .. almost identical to Nat's
... based on previous years, it would get a week ... especially with his poor record.

But in 2015 & being the best player in the comp ... he'll get a slap ... Nothing more

Yep, Zac Dawson had one just the same as Roughy either last year or the year before and skipped a week for it.

This may be the first trip by leg this season, but I'm not sure because I can't find video of Elliott, Clarke or NicNat's indiscretions.
