I think he can. At his best there are only potentially 3 players currently better than him. IMO he could still kick 40+ as a small forward whilst gathering 20 plus touches. Geelong need a small forward desperately (amongst other things)

Stringer/Dangerfield rotating between midfield and full forward would frighten a lot of teams.

But the Cats have plenty of issues.

The backline just lost Lonergan and Mackie. So Taylor goes to full back now and he's 31 and not really a lock down defender anyway, I'm not sure if he's got more than 1 year left. Tuohy, Henderson, Bews, T Stewart is a good start but you need more quality than that to make a strong backline. Is Zach Guthrie ready for a full season already? Who else can they get in, Parfitt to play as a small defender?

Midfield is certainly still very good. Duncan stepped up to be number 3. Menegola number 4. Mixing in Ablett and Stringer would help with the depth.

Forward line is a big question mark. They get Stringer and Gaz and it helps but if they replace Menzel and Motlop it's not that big of an upgrade and if they play along side those guys then the question of defensive pressure will be magnified. Hawkins has to adapt to play up the ground more. Buzza probably gets first crack as the 2nd tall. And they'll need the run of injuries to Cockatoo, McCarthy etc to stop so they can lock down spots.
