Hey everyone,

Can someone tell me if Gamble has signed or when his contract is up? Highly rate this bloke and hope he stays with us.

Cheers

Foose

he only had a 1 year deal for this year but i dont think he has signed yet but he will im sure

Probably. I'd say Byrnes will go out for Chapman this week, and that would almost be our settled side. Only other changes would probably be Harry Taylor for Rooke, but that leaves us a bit vulnerable against a tall forward line. By the sounds of it Wojcinski is having a few troubles anyway. It's certainly hard to see Varcoe breaking back into the side from here also.

Both played last night?

Varcoe won't come back unless he fires up in the two's, looking slow and out of place at the moment. I'd agree with you that Byrnes will go for Chappy, with Wojak to come in when/if fit at a later date.

I'm unsure who Wojak would come in for at this stage. Prismall showed he can finish really well with 3 goals, we maybe able to slot him into a flank or wing position to kick that 1-2 goals and rotate into the midfield.

I cannot see any other two's player coming up, they are good from week to week without being superbly spectacular. Prismall is the only one who is consistent, that's why he deserves a spot.

Wojak probably could come back in for Hunt, but Wojak has shown that he struggles against smaller opponents, where Hunt just bludgeons them. Hunt played pretty average last night, but due to a possible lengthening of Wojak's injury time I'd suspect that the change will be Milburn for Hunt.

Wojo is great but I think he's a bit erratic. The Cats win by moving the ball in a controlled manner through the middle. When Wojo gets it and streams forward at a million miles an hour (slightly out of control) I dont think it helps us because you never know what he's going to do with it.
Also if he gets himself in trouble he's got no one to offload it too because everyone else is 30 metres behind him still trying to catch up.

Hunt will almost certainly stay in.

Precisely, he has had a very good season so far, unlike last year when he was mediocre. The whole defense played well so it is going to be hard for the Match Committee to find a spot for Milburn. Byrnes is almost certainly going to be dropped for Chapman. Rooke, although one of his better games of the recent times, I think will find his head on the chopping block in exchange for Milburn. Maybe another player if they get injured mid-week or they need a rest.

no chance
hunt is not out of this squad unless injured, same too with rooke
they both add a physical presence

need to fit woja, chapman and milburn into the team
out will be byrnes def, and 2 of taylor, gamble, prismall

bomber has shown his hand, prissa needs to have a top game against tough opposition to stay in, otherwise taylor stays in
