Flattering score-line. With the game on the line in the fourth quarter we did stuff all :/ A few cuts need to be made.

Bruce was really good with 9 tackles, Gysberts great in all quarters bar the fourth. Moloney good, Jamar good (too many free kicks against though). Cale lifted with the rain and Green looked the most dangerous up forward. Really need to get him inside 50 more. James McDonald great all day on Judd.

Warnock and Watts were dismal, Miller was terrible. (And more, but cbf for the sake of not sinking into depression) As a team we were terrible, crumbled under pressure, didn't use the corridor, turned it over.

15 & 1/2 minutes to go in the last quarter Judd grabs the ball midfield, has an eternity to get rid of the ball, tackled turned- some how drops out of his hand- no handball- no free kick to Melbourne......... 1 minute free kick to Judd- holding ......... actually inconsequential contact- umpires & AFL favouring certain players just shit you

That general opinion in here is sad.

You've got a really good future team there - just have to wait for it to develop.

Disposal precision kills Melbourne right now, but give 'em time. Carlton now has some really important and still young players who this time last year had our supporters (and the opposition trolls) condemnning them. One by on they are developing the required level of skill, hardness and poise. Ours aren't there yet, but yours and ours will - in due course.
