Ward in our midfield will make a huge difference. He brings more rotations to rest our four main mids in Griff, Cross, Coons and Boyd as well as giving more time to Gia to play up forward where he's his most creative.

Do you think the Gold Coast will come in and dominate in their first year? Of course not. You're the only one calling for Wood To be dropped because of a bad game which everyone thought he had a pretty good game, And I thought Moles played a good game V Collingwood and obviously the MC thought that to so that must be why they chose him again the next week .... Maybe you should take another look into the game before you blame players

Gia epitomises the Down Hill skier.

That has to be the most uneducated, throwaway line I have ever read on this board. Gia's hard work in the first half was one of the major factors in us breaking the spirit of the Lions, ultimately leading to the cakewalk in the second half. I can only assume you watched the game on television and made such a ludicrous judgement based on the 10 square metres of turf that the cameras transmit.
