1. Gregor Clegane

A skilled and powerful giant who loves to impose physically on the contest. Known simply as 'The mountain'. A clear #1.

2. Rob Stark.

A dedicated professional with elite skills. A clever mover that keeps going all day and will get you from death by 1000 cuts.

3. Bronn

A wily fox with exquisite skills. A real weapon on the field with significant hurt factor.

4. Drogo

A bit of a surprise here. His height and skills have some recruiters saying he could be anything, but inconsistency a worry. Jaime Lannister could also come into calculations at this pick.

5. Loras Tyrell

Slight, but athletic and very highly skilled, this left-footer should be giving high quality rebound from the back half for years to come. Some have wondered whether he will be as effective when separated from this partner Renly.

6. Jaime Lannister

Classy. Comes from a long line of royalty, notably son of Tywin Lannister and nephew of Kevan Lannister. Has been earmarked for greatness for a long time, being the youngest ever member of Kings Guard. His stocks have fallen recently with some questioning his ability when the going gets tough in the clinches.

7. Ned Stark

One does not simply.. ignore a player of this calibre at pick 7. Regarded by some as the second best player in the draft, Ned Stark is tall, strong and just does everything well, and has genuine leadership qualities. Capable of playing anywhere, but probably better suited to defence.

8. Jon Snow

Was always going to go here, picked up under the father-bastard rule. Snow is a quality player with good size and decent skills. Able to play a variety of roles.

9. Arya Stark

The need for speed and attacking finesse sees Arya taken at pick #9. At this stage is largely an outside player, but should improve contested ability with experience. Pyat Pree also a chance here.

10. Pyat Pree

A smart thinking and skilled on-baller able to create something out of nothing. His speed and endurance makes it seem like he is everywhere on the field at once.

Joffrey's temperament and height are worrying but you've gotta love his appetite for the contest, worth a rookie spot IMO

I think Tyrion Lannister may slide due to his height. Good prospect, but concerns he's been dating a school girl. A good fit for St Kilda if he slides to pick 18. Pies also in the mix at 10.

I'm hoping Jaime Lannister drops to us at 6. We might also make a big call and draft The Hound at 10.

Do not want Joffrey as we already have too many of his type. Hope and pray we don't take Little Finger or Varys.

Jamie Lannister gave his arm to get in this draft and the best you can do him is 6.

Dedication to the craft should at least see him picked at 2.

Hodor's decision making might be below par, but his ability to carry under performing team mates is unquestioned. Would love for the Crows to take him. Anything other than another bloody Night's watch player, our team is full of them. I'd even take a Dornishman ffs

Where is the love for Daenerys?

Surely worth a late pick.

Pros:
Comes from good bloodlines.
Strong Leadership potential
Completely fearless and highly competitive
Spoke well at the interview phase
"I am Daenerys Stormborn and I will take a premiership with fire and blood"

Cons:
Will need to control her fiery temperament
Can be flighty and easily distracted
Could get easily homesick (despite never actually having lived at home)

What about Jagen H'ghar with a late pick? Not much known about him - in fact few recruiters seem to even recognise him - but he's a quality tagger who will slaughter anyone the coach asks. I'd throw a third rounder at him for sure.
