It was good that the whole 'Hodor' thing ended up being suitably important, much better than him being kicked in the head by a horse or something. Great scene at the end.

Pretty sad how his whole life was ruined for the sake of becoming a sacrificial pawn in the future. #shitdestiny

Pretty sad where the show is heading off the basis of that arc. Circular time lines are shitty and remove stakes.

Yeah I didn't like that ending. Time travel/'always meant to happen' is something that happened in the crappy later seasons of Lost. Hope that isn't going to be Bran's thing going forward; finishing preordained loops :$ If the big final battle has something like that in it... ugh, I don't want to think about it.

My initial thought is Littlefinger is bullshitting about the Tully uncle retaking Riverrun. But that seems too obvious for this show.

Oh and **** you Sixpence for your breakfast time leak post that screamed GOOD GUY DIES IN THIS EPISODE!. Removed any surprise as the final minutes ticked down :rolleyes:

Any moment Bran or Hodor were in danger in the previous 54 episodes is now meaningless because they were destined to meet in a future-past pinpoint in time :$

Why does it matter if they werent in danger in the past. We thought they were in danger, they thought they were in danger. What does it matter?

Having a whinge over nothing.

Solid ep. Team Theon/Yara lose the leadership spill to Euron, piss off with entire fleet of ships :thumbsu: How will Euron stop the boats?

Bran and Meera are screwed. Thought at least one of them would bite the dust; instead, everyone else in their group did.

Never thought I'd say this, but I'm starting to get painfully bored with wherever Arya's story is heading.

Sansa, Jon and the wildlings, though, feels like it's heading somewhere terrific. Battle to retake Winterfell for episode 9 would be awesome, please.

Oh yeah Aryas story has been on a solid decline since she killed Trant. Just wrap it up and get her back to Westeros.
