I'm an Adelaide based west coast fan and even though iv never been to Perth i still hate freo. I know some eagle fans over here that say even though there an eagles supporter it doesn't mean they have to not like freo. Are you ****ing for real lol thats like saying I'm a power supporter but if crows win good on them. i'd kill to not have balla in our forward line. he aint that good he may be what we need but he wouldnt make our team good. i would rather not have him and be happier knowing im barracking for a team with no players i wanna punch in the face. Balla is officially the most annoying hated player in the comp.

Ridiculous. As a West Coast Supporter I can honestly say that there are a tonne of players I want to punch in the face. Maybe not so much as woosh. But there's so many I couldn't tell you where I'd begin.

at this stage i dont give a toss about Freo..theyre having their purple patch in the sun,and good luck to them,they deserve it,and respect where its due..

but its a long way to holding the cup aloft..thrashing a 16th placed team is pretty irrelevant stuff,apart from payback,as much as it was for us..not really much to crow about, as opposed to smashing say,the cats at skilled etc...and Freo may yet prove themselves in the finals...they certainly need to go one better than previous finals push..but theyre genuine smokies..

what pisses me is the weekly crap we keep getting served up by coaching,the players,the media..the same bunch of bull keeps getting wheelbarrowed out for us to swallow and believe? ..and why always the strange (out of) positioning of players,over and over again (eg-lynch+masten) - it is so odd,its irrational - unless we are deliberately tanking for 4th and trades..nothing else makes sense..??.

what goes on in the coaching room?????
are they just night-nursing the team thru the entire season,and next year,all the pieces of the (extraordinary) puzzle will be in place?? the depth,the balance,the structure,the skills,the tactics,the injured returned?????
and whammo - we suddenly and skilfully start our ascent?????
very very hard to believe.......some say a year is a long time in footy..well in unexpected way, i hope things do turnaround suddenly...but it really looks like being a 6 year haul, with 3 previous years seemingly marking time or skills regressing??..and next 3 yrs just getting competitive-consistently...

you have to start questioning the coachings rebuilding abilities..theyre rubberstamped by the committee, and show scant regard to members and fans..almost arrogance in the tripe they serve up in the media and on gameday...sick of this crap..

someone down there pleeeeeeaze dump a ton of cowshit on the clubs front door!!!!!!!

I have no problems with Freo people enjoying this, we've all had our fun at their expense over time.

Let's just hope we don't have to deal with it for as long as they did.

Appreciate that comment as thats what football banter should be about. If people cant handle banter then i suggest they dont go to forums!

All my mates are Eagles supporters and to be honest i havent given them a spray as we havent really achieved anything. Plus i realise first hand how annoying it is to get told how crap your team is.

That all said if you use to dish it out and are now copping it then just toughen up and tough luck. God help all eagles supporters should Fremantle ever win a premiership in the next few years and even the ledger at 1-1 for time both teams have played AFL.

I love watching Ballantyne play. Hes a freakin weapon. But then again I like watching Milne do his stuff and Medhurst and Didak.
Freo were good , scores and play indicated where both teams are; you dont sit 2 games clear on the bottom without being a little suspect.
