i don't care what score some computer gave him.. listening to sen.. watching foxtel coverage.. anyone with a decent understanding of our game could/should see just how useless this guy is.. all the potential in the world means squat if you can't convert it..

give me a guy with 95% talent and 120% effort everyday of the week and twice on sat afternoon before a guy with the reverse.. effort to will yourself to the next contest.. make the shot when it counts.. true champions have the ability to make it happen when it counts.. laycock has never and will never be able to do that..

He never will be a true champion either. Very few people are true champions. Im not trying to say Laycock is going to be any good. But he wasnt our worst player today. If he kicked straight, we would all be singing a very different tune.

No he's not. At the end of last year, everyone was singing his praises, alot of people, myself included, thought he would overtake Hille this year. Obviously, he hasnt, but on last years form, he was always going to be at Essendon this year.

The problem is if we get rid of Laycock, can Bellchambers and even Ryder be good enough to back up Hille next year? Even if they can't we must get rid of Laycock. He's only good on our list because he doesn't get injured so is good at this time of year when we have a lot of casualties

1. Dont ever insinuate that I am not a true Bombers fan. Essendon mean the world to me and anyone that tries to say otherwise can get stuffed

2. I only mentioned Franklin in relation to Laycock because Missing shots at goal is something Franklin does regularly. If you think I tried to say that Laycock is anywhere near as good as Franklin then you need to learn to read.

3. I am not uneducated, nor am I naive when it comes to AFL. I merely tell it as I see it. If you dont agree, then thats fine, but do not insult me, as I did not insult you.

Welsh was a cut head and concussion. He wanted to come back on but Doc Reid wouldnt let him. He should be ok next week. I dunno about the others.

I'm not a doctor or anything but i would expect Welsh to be fine - just concussion and was trying to come back on. Monfries did something to his ankle and not sure what happened to Neagle. No other injuries that i know of

Yes he is not the best player out their, nor will he ever be, what are we going to do, delist him.

We delist Laycock, along with Lee and Johns, Micheal will retire, hey their is 4 tall players, and with the injuries to our youngsters, they have not had time to develop. To delist Laycock would only leave Bellchambers as his back up, highly doubt that will happen.

So as i have tried to point out.

Laycock will NOT go, much to everyones dismay.

So lay off it for a while, PLEASE!!

I was sitting next to a few essendon supporters, and remember we were laughing our guts out of his 2 mess up infront of goals saying it would come back to haunt them.

They were pretty devestated, and blamed the match on Laykok. But surely jetta cost u guys the match?

Please, just stick to your own board I'll agree that Jetta did have a first quarter that he'd like to forget but in the last three quarters, he was super. Not only did he apply enormous pressure, but he played a hand in various goals and crumbed a few himself.

Bad luck today Bombers. Very, very, very unlucky to lose today. Took it right up to us with 3 men down for the better half of the game.

It was an embarrassing win for us (no disrespect towards you meant, thought we played shithouse and probably shouldn'tve won given our 3rd quarter effort)

Shows that we (Richmond) have a long way to go still before thinking about finals. All the best for the rest of the season. Hope you smash the filth next week.
