completely disagree, especially bolded part. Btw, everyone knows Geelong's record off a bye, how could we not with every media source rattling it off, like they will again next year. "Geelong off a bye" is an excuse their supporters (& Crows supporters) use to avoid giving credit to Port. Port's pressure, perceived or not was the reason Geelong's players weren't good enough. Nothing to do with the bye unless people want to believe media spiel. Clubs are too professional for that.

Port's pressure was good, but even free and clear Geelong made terrible decisions on their half forward line. They could have easily won it, and honestly Port only just fell over the line.

Up by 20, controlling centre clearances and then our midfield dominated for the 2nd half of our game, if anything we have more to prove. We are also the ones with an actual shot at making finals.

Regardless of the result, Port aren't going 6-2 in their next 8 games.

I'd have Gooch run with Boak, he's been their dangerous mid this year.

My suggestion on Hawaii after you do the touristy things on Oahu is Kauai.
