Subi replay screens are like watching a 10 inch tv from 20 meters away. It's not like waters dropped the shoulder and ran through him that would be obvious to the crowd. Looked pretty innocuous but his shoulder definitely got him high.

Players do get hurt in unintentional clashes. don't think anyone thought jobe was faking it.

Clash was definitely a free kick but there wasn't any real malice in it imo. just bloody unlucky clash between two guys hard at the ball.

I mean, every home crowd boos decisions against their team. It wasn't immediately apparent on the big screen replay that it was a big hit on Jobe's head. Reimers was also taking a set shot around that time too.

When Jobe ran from the ground with blood from his mouth and looking out of it, I highly doubt the large section of the crowd that saw him going to the interchange would be booing him.

But then again, I think this thread will only degenerate from here, so that's it for me.

I have no problem with West Coast fans. They're some of the better ones to be honest. I just think at the ground on TV they sound really bad, but I guess it's just a vocal group that don't know the rules (like every club has), but it's more pronounced there because most of the crowd are Weagles fans and so it stands out.

Some supporters very bitter in this thread. I won't try and stir it any further, just came to say that despite the inflated margin at the end I think you guys will be a premiership threat next season, we're not 10 goals better than you by any means. You guys are copping some serious rotten luck with injuries in big games (Vs Carlton, Collingwod, and now us where you've gotten 2x big injuries. But we're lucky a fair few things went our way today because we weren't exactly on our game.

Some shocking responses to the Watson incident. Trying to dig at us for 'booing Watson' is a cop out, and just dumb. The crowd were booing the free kick, and yes they were wrong, but if you can't handle a home crowd being over the top you should just avoid watching away games. FWIW the Waters charge will be thrown out, even though the kick was there.

Have any of you people actually been to a game at Subi? It's near impossible to see the screens completely clearly when the sun is out. I was at the game and I can assure you that on the 'big' screen, it didn't look like a free kick. It looked like he clipped his shoulder. About 2/3rds of the ground would've only seen it on the screen as well.
