Why dont we try him in Full Forward, and put Kingsley in a pocket or half forward flank.

Charlie is pretty big and got good hands on him for a mark.

I thought we are being a bit crazy about giving so much for a guy that has had a lot of injuries. Ottens is good, but is he past his time or missed out.

IMO Lets keep the Corey's and the Charlie.

Our forward line aint that bad, just needs to be restructed.

Benny G had a better year, just didnt stand up when we required him too. Charlie down at FF may help out, isnt that where he started his career?

Snout isn't a key position player and never will be one.

He is a natural midfielder/flanker (played most of his junior footy in those roles) and will always remain that way.

Not big enough or good enough to be a KPP. You can do all the restructuring you want with the current gorup of forwards and the results will be similar, basically our KPP's there just arent of the highest quality we need to get a flag. Trading for Ottens and Mackie who looked the goods when he played last year, could be all that needs doing to the forward line for it to become a real winner. Ottens could be anything really we just have to hope if he come his heart will be in it. And at 24 his best is certainly not past him.

Our smalls are great, but small forwards dont win you grand finals. We have the chance to finally get what could be a decent KPP down here, lets make the most of it.

Gardiner might be able to play a more central position FF/CHF when he gets to 26 and his body peaks but not for a while.

I feel the same way about Mackie.

Kingsley, Mackie, Gardiner, Haynes all natural flankers asked to play roles they arent suited for *YET*

Perhaps playing Mackie and Gardiner sharing the FF position. This would mean you have 2 players who can take a mark, but are also very mobile and can pick the ball up off the ground, with Haynes and Johnno on the flanks, and Chappy at the feet of either Graham or, if we get him, Ottens. This setup would be hard to match up on due to the need for extra talls who are mobile in the oppositions defence. My only worry would be that the forward line may be a little too tall.
