Olive oil definitely works better with a pizza base. However nothing beats butter on the old bread roll!

put in roasting tray with onion, thyme salt and pepper. put in oven until roasted

whack in blender. combine blended mix with butter

put on bread

win

Need to try this! We always get the premade frozen shit from the supermarket. It's edible, but not great.

After reading this thread I had too have me some garlic bread but shit it's expensive when you by it premade unless you buy cheap and nasty black and gold, so instead I bought a tub of garlic butter and those little dinner rolls that have to go in the oven anyways and believe me they are a winning combo highly recommend..

Garlic pizza is incredible - mum makes it.

Think she uses:

Spaghetti sauce that's got garlic in it and she chops up some and sets it as the base. The toppings are onion, prawnm mushroomm chilli and cheese. If anyone can find a healthier and nicer pizza, then I'll be in shock.
