Just fast forward to the middle its when they start roasting richmond, which is lovely, i honestly hope all the media just belts the **** out of richmond this week, they 110% deserve it. I hope the blowtorch, no wait!, the flamethrower gets thrown on richmond.

Lyon speaks the truth. I have no problem with everything he said. The Rance brainfart was easily the dumbest thing I've seen for a long time.

Jack's emotional speech to the players on the ground - I'd love to hear exactly what was said. So many players didn't give a crap, but Jack looks seriously upset. The delivery was abysmal into the F50, but these losses in front of huge crowds are typical at the moment.

Jacks the only one the bleeds yellow and black, I really believe he could be a good captain! Jackson and Chaplin in the leadership group says everthing to me, we have and always will overate our players, those 2 are lucky to be in the side ATM. Richmond supporters are losing patience with hardwick, I don't see how he can turn this round if he's still coaching our TIGES next year I wouldn't have high expectations.

It is actually something I've watched a couple of times. It is upsetting. I'm sure the "decision makers" that ousted Jack from the leadership group look the fools right now. With ZERO leadership onfield, Jack needs to be back in the leadership group. "A voice" is better than the deafening silence - the lack of leadership is only one component of the issues at hand.

Jack is the "heart and soul" of Richmond in the same capacity as Richo.

Riewoldt is playing to win a premiership, others who don't need to be named are just happy enough to be paid big money and to be still playing at an AFL club. This is so ****ing obvious. In any job that you don't have the passion for, you just shouldn't be doing it.

i reckon cotchin looked totally gutted as well, cant blame the poor kid. Theres no doubt that theres a few who dont care and you can tell just by watching them play. and surprise surprise, apart from maric its mostly the guys who came from other clubs and barely have to work for a game.

barret is a total ****wit though for suggesting jack should have belted the ball into the crowd. apart from the fact that he could actually seriously hurt someone, imagine the crap jack would have got from the media and public all week. goddard got caned for it a few years ago and he's a media darling.

Funny thing is i remember watching him play. He was a pesky, agressive and a bulldog. He was a fantastic hard-nosed defender. Where did he go? hes just a soft little shit now.

Yep me and my $5k member client were saying during the interviewing process we must get the hard nosed bastard defender in DH
Then within weeks into the job I knew we were gone when all the feel good lines were getting churned out

It was ugly and terrible play, but not symptomatic of the entire shit storm that is the Richmond 2014 season.
I am much more concerned about players receiving the ball and then just STOPPING. Ellis's decision to handball backwards to a player under pressure when he himself was free was a far bigger problem because he appears drilled to prop rather than take the game on.

Exactly. They were quite clearly given an M.O. at half time to play on at all costs.

I'm not hard on Rance at all. He's been nothing short of fantastic since he came back.

i forgive him for it because it was a rare mistake, and he is one of the few in our team who continues to try and make the play.

I think the run to the 50 turn around go all the way back and then get to grimes who handballed off to Dusty to hit an Essendon player was a far worse passage of play. The Rance one was just a horrible miss kick and I'm sure if you went through every game you could find a shocking turnover in the back line most weeks.

As for the rest as bad as Richmond are i'll never take anything Captain hindsight and the Rat say seriously

Would also add they were probably another 5 or 6 worse plays then the Rance one and the backwards 50. Another was when Ellis (I think) handballed to a stationary Hampson who then handballed to Maric and then tried to run past for a receive and then tried to go backwards and ended up nowhere. Just a calamity having two ruckmen try and run the ball out of defence.

Would also add having a go at Ben Lennon for the Fletcher goal. Poor Ben made a poor choice but had to cover two players either way he was screwed. He marks fletcher and the free player waltz up the wing making Ben either come at him and then gives it to Fletch or he did what he did. The bigger question is how were Essendon constantly able to create that overlap, and they did it all night. They had free players running everywhere through the centre of the ground and we seemed to get nowhere near it.

Not saying we should just accept it but **** me we have so many problems at the moment, I'm not so worried about Rance.

I hope this is just the start. The whole club from President to player needs a good kick in the arse. I would love to see the media call for heads and put the acid firmly back on this club. Now I don't want to necessarily want Hardwick or Peggy get the arse but it's about time they realised they work for us, the freakin members that live breath and ride every bump this club throws at us.
