I think they'll want to get 2 years out of Lyndoch.

I think that's fair. Noarlunga (although unlikely) would be 2027. I'd keep 7 games inner metro and 2 outside.

The Premier has said he doesn’t want to make too many changes year in year so I think they will keep Lyndoch and switch Norwood Oval in 2026.

Glenelg Oval seems the most popular choice and with the Tram is makes the most sense. That ground would need a heap of work in particular for media but I am sure they can make it work. As someone who lives close, I think Glenelg and Jetty Road is massively overated but I am sure they can make it appealing. The Parade isn't anything special either and that has been a success.

The Parade works because they incorporate the Food and Wine Festival, and its so close to the city. Its also way better than Glenelg.

Lyndoch will be there for the foreseeable future I think.

I think the concept as SA has executed it is a good one (vs the 'many games on one day in one/two stadia' elsewhere). But a single round seems a bit of a thin offering vs the potential.

I feel like you could really make it a permanent institution and spread it to more areas by fleshing out the preceding week with lower level matches or events (and the AFLW if they weren't so intent on giving it second rate treatment), culminating in the actual AFL matches at the end.

Maybe this already happens and I'm unaware of anything other than the state match.
