Not coming down this year...6 games of footy in one weekend was a little over the top for me! haha. But I loved the vibe of the city and wandering out to Norwood and Mt Barker... ended up cooking out there so got an uber to Harndorf to have a nice cold ale and a good feed. Enjoy yourselves if you are going!

No I know, but I wanted to soak it all up. By the end of the weekend though, we'd ALL decided 6 games were too many. It was nice to give it a go... but it's a case of, been there, done that. Got the photo's.

OK i am able to share the tickets to my mates now. Im unable to print them though yet for my tech iliterate father in law. So ive just added his games to all Adelaide Oval Matches to my apple wallet for now.

That's because the games on Saturday are dogshit. Carlton/WC and Dons/Demons are 4 bottom 5 teams playing. What neutral would want to go to that?

I get they need to try new things but I really liked the early Friday game. It was unique to the round and got the city going around lunchtime.
Of course it was horrible for supporters interstate who wanted to watch their teams.

Exactly. Terrible planning by the AFL.

Centrals are one of the clubs where they don't have cricket on their oval in the off-season (hence they play the vast majority of their trial matches at home), and just had the Playford College oval upgraded for SANFLW/juniors training.
Unless it's for PR/coaching clinic purposes, I can't see them playing pre-season matches there.

Good grief West Coast's is horrid!
I reckon there would be a few PR things, wouldnt surprise me if they played the Crows SANFL side there before we have Thebby ready.
There isnt really a word invented for how bad it is.
