How does gather round in Victoria and Tasmania at the same time even work?

Tasmania ceases to exist for the weekend and becomes part of Victoria, thus all games technically take place in the same state.

Had a great view days in Adelaide.

Would definitely stay in Glenelg again if I came again.

I don't think Gather Round would work anywhere as good as it does in Adelaide.

As for the car park, the car park at Festival Centre worked a treat. When I arrived there was a spot right near the exit, so I took that and it was a smart move when it came to getting out. Getting to and from the ground was breeze by catching the lift to Festival Plaza and walking a few hundred metres to the bridge. What would have cost me $28, cost me nothing as we ate at The District prior to the game.

Does anyone remember what Victoria paid to host the forever grand finals at the MCG. C7 reported we are paying $80m for Gather round in the current contract.

i'm probably a traditionalist but i like the idea of private companies not receiving government money and a competition being kept as pure as possible starting with the fixture. but I realise I am probably in the minority on this
