He will put the first 15 blokes clean on their arse at least
I'd like to see a 100 dudes versus Tom Atkins discussion
He shouldn't be. That's the issue.
MOC is an easy replacement. Mullin if they're not mid tagging as he's a bog average as a small defender.
Papley has been poor this year, he kicks a bag on us on Sunday while we leave an actual defender in the reserves I'll be doubly pissed. Once for him being shit all year, and once for still not having a quality small defender in the side.

So who do we play on Heeney? Even if Henry plays after a hamstring related sub, Heeney is too agile for him and JH will do his hammy just trying to keep up. Heeney is too wily for a 20 game COS (wait till next year!), too big for Lawson, Stewart doesn't do lockdowns. It's down to Guthrie or MOC.

I thought about this the other night. And I'm going way left of centre. Give the job to Martin. So who do we play on Heeney? I know it won't happen. That is certainly unique. Thankfully it won't be the match up
I'd rather those two in the starting side. You need a versatile player as a sub like Martin or a Bowes type.
100%I know it won't happen.
But he can definitely go with him. And I've seen Martin in the middle. He can go the other way and punish. And he's nimble enough, and can jump.
You cant give the role to one guy.
Gee I love Heeney.
He does that a bit, but it seems to be in vogue throughout the league so not alone in that area. The ability to wear a tackle without getting done HTB when you're swarmed by three oppo small forwards and nobody ahead of you to kick to is a strength, not a weakness.

Love to be able to shoehorn him into that backline but I fear his day might have passed..Bews is probably the only one who could still come in.
I'm sure Daz will be on top of things and get it going tomorrow/Monday - the usual schedule for our preview thread, though it feels a little slower after playing on a Friday night and then waiting until the following Sunday for our next clashCan we please get a preview / changes thread for Sydney up, cats_09 and co?
10 years then, and COS will be a fcair bit younger anyway.Bit worried about Chris’s conception of time here. In 15 years DK will be 39.
That is bizarre. Martin simply is too frail to line up on a player. Heeney is a strong physical spercimen.I thought about this the other night. And I'm going way left of centre. Give the job to Martin.
DK will be lucky to make it to 28 at this rate, let alone 34.10 years then, and COS will be a fcair bit younger anyway.

Strangely I have been encouraged because I got the impression he was taking the game on a bit more…
Maybe our 44pt win over Essendon wasn't so bad when you consider that Brisbane lost at home to Sydney and Adelaide scraped home by 9pts over wooden spooners WCE![]()
The only top team to be more convincing then us this week was the Hawks and maybe GWSAdd in the Dogs and Freo beating Demons/Port by 6 points each, and I think it’s pretty clear we got the job done in a far more convincing manner than a number of other top 8 sides this week.
