Geelong and Hawthorn record monumentally embarrassing 170000 page shitfight thread - Part 3

Geelong Supporters - are they Victoria's dirty little secret?

  • Yes, thank goodness they're mostly confined to a single town.

  • Yes, out of sight & out of mind. We shun them and rightly so.

  • No, every state has a criminal underclass.

  • No, they're people too... poorly bred perhaps but that's not their fault.

Only a pre season game, and Nakia is already serving up some delicious melts. It's going to be a fun year :thumbsu:
Yup the Handbagger board is already going apeshit. Their farcical "clean slate" pledge not to sink their teeth into each other like the feral dogs they are hasn't even survived till round one! :drunk:

Haha, more Bosk desperation. :drunk:
You know as well as I do unless Dangerwood play out of their skins Geelong will lose to at least 10 of the 18 teams, and that's being generous.

Must be nice having a finals spot hinging on the same player racking up 40 possies every week. :drunk:

That's the narrative of those with limited football knowledge. :D

It still amuses why some persist with hovering on opposition boards unless they have an obsession ... you Sir fall well and truly in this category. Keep up the good work. :thumbsu:

The only opposition board I occasionally read is Geelong's. Populated with raving loonies like yourself, I find it immensely entertaining.

Its hillarious you lot have to sign a 'pact' not to savage one another like feral animals.... which then promptly falls apart before round one LOL

After today's impressive win I think a contract extension for Chris Scott is fully warranted. 5 years at least.
Your deflection is duly noted. I would however, If I were in your smelly shoes, be a tad concerned at the continual absence of any quality youth coming through on your list. I think you may just fall more than I expect.

Sadly, Nakia is one of the saner ones who posts there...

Only better at appearing sane you mean. He's as nutty as a fruitcake and most of the other whackjobs over there can't stand him. :$

5 years is too generous? Awww ok let's make it 3 then - don't forget how good his H&A record is! *cough* finals *cough*

A veritable host of quality youf Stabby.
Real youf as well, who will develop into champions in the next couple of seasons.
Its our players that have been in the system for a while and you handbaggers have been on about for years that are not gelling.
Luckily have our ready made mercs to easily fill the gap.

Your youf is average mate. You'd better hope your poaching from other clubs method can get you out of trouble again, although watching Mitchell and O'Meara wouldn't instil the most ardent fan with confidence.

It was probably the recruiting of youth that got Hawthorn out of trouble last time as well. Isaac Smith, Suckling, Schoenmakers, Breust, Puopolo, Shiels, Langford, Duryea, Ceglar, etc all came at the right time and we were able to win premierships on the back of those players. Without them we wouldn't have embarrassed Geelong in the 2013 Prelim and then go on to our threepeat. :thumbsu: :)

Quick thoughts lads on first year rookie Eddy kicking 5.4 on Burton in one half of football? I'm not a Hawthorn supporter but even I was deeply concerned at the sight of a first year rookie player destroying your clubs most talked up youngster. Parfitt looked bloody good for us though, that Caddy swap looks like a stroke of genius already.

Fortunately Burton isn't really billed as a tight-checking defender. Good to see him get his hands on the ball a bit in JLT3 though. He's all class.

Also, pretty hilarious trying to talk up the Caddy trade-out when Geelong are supposed to be going for instant success with Dangerwood. Brandon Parfitt hasn't shown anything near enough to justify that brainfade.
