Silly Catflog its not a matter of praying or hoping it will happen.

Its basically a certainty, the old codger is 34 with the last 3 and a bit seasons ruined because of niggling injuries. Well unless he was faking them to avoid playing... in which case it shows what a bad sportsman he is.

Ablett is a shoulder bump away from retirement. Another high quality Chris Scott decision.

He was faking it, couldn't get out of the Gold Coast quick enough.

I actually think he could play on in 2019 if he is played in a forward pocket and doesn't hurt that shoulder again. It will require managing though, Gaz won't make too many interstate trips.

When was the last time Ablett missed a game due to a shoulder injury? You blokes are pinning your hopes on an exception rather than the norm.

I'm guessing you're unaware that it's near impossible that he does that shoulder again.

Sometimes it's better to remain silent and be thought a fool ...

Where in my post did I pin hopes on him injuring his shoulder Stabby?

You may want to take on your last piece advice.

It's all you blokes seem to bang on about these days. Now why are you blokes refusing to answer the question?

What's the question Stabby? Again, where did I wish an injury on him. I stated he could play on in 2019 if the shoulder holds up. Then you suggested I was a fool.

Hawfs wishing injury on an opposition player. Well who'd of thunk it.
Where have we wished for an injury to happen ?

Show the quoted posts please!

We can do the same and point out Geewrong quoted posts that wished O'Meara ill will ;)

Geewrong Bigfooty posters are just like Barnaby Joyce, all huff and puff before being blown away!
