With the VFLW fixture finally being released, thought now would be a good time to start this thread. Our fixture is as follows (VFL/VFLW double headers in bold)

Round 1 - vs Essendon @ Windy Hill, Saturday 9th May at 3pm
Round 2 - vs Casey @ Casey Fields, Saturday 16th May at 11.30am
Round 3 - vs Darebin @ Colac Central Reserve, Saturday 23rd May at 1.00pm
Round 4 - vs Richmond @ Deakin University, Saturday 30th May at 11.00am
Round 5 - BYE
Round 6 - vs Southern Saints @ Trevor Barker Beach Oval, Saturday 13th June at 12.00pm
Round 7 - vs Collingwood @ GMHBA Stadium, Saturday 20th June at 11.30am
Round 8 - vs Richmond @ Swinburne Centre, Sunday 28th June at 2.45pm
Round 9 - vs Carlton @ IKON Park, Saturday 4th July at 11.30am
Round 10 - vs Hawthorn @ Deakin University, Saturday 11th July at 12.00pm
Round 11 - vs Collingwood @ Victoria Park, Saturday 18th July at 10.00am
Round 12 - vs Casey @ Deakin University, Saturday 25th July at 12.00pm

Be interested to see who is in the squad - like how many of our AFLW gals are we going to sign up our VFLW side

It will also be interesting to see if there's any changes this year regarding the number of permitted AFLW listed players in terms of squads & weekly teams - with an additional 4 AFLW teams this year it means like an additional 120 listed players (it's like 30 players on AFLW team lists right?), it might just make last seasons restrictions a bit tighter on teams

Geelong Falcons Girls squad for 2020 - they happen to have a new coach who may be familiar to a few around here, Brendan McCartney, and a couple of potential future father-daughters

The captain is Darcy Maloney
